7.Troubleshooting Points :
(A)laser subsurface engraving machine
I.The graphics is in a wrong position
1.The original coordinates’ setting is wrong(Reset the origin coordinates)
2.The worktable or laser route has been moved or the reset switch has been replaced(Re-adjust the position)
3.The reset switch is damaged(Replace the reset switch)
4.The laser is not perpendicular(Adjust the partial reflector and beam expander)
5.The motor axis-connector has not been installed well(Reinstall the connector)
II.The graphics displaces
1.The engraving speed is too fast(Reduce the speed)
2.It does not reset or the times of resetting is too small(Increase the times of resetting)
3.Have altered the parameters of motor step(Restore the parameters)
4.The worktable becomes unstable(Fix the worktable)
5.The worktable or machine cabinet is not horizontal(Adjust the level degree)
III.The laser focus point can not burn dots everywhere inside the crystal block or some dots are missing,
1.Energy of laser beam is not enough(Increase the charge voltage)
2.The laser does not go through the center of focusing lenses(Adjust the screws of the beam expander or partial reflector to make the laser go through the center of focusing lenses)
3.Xe lamp is aging(Clean the lamp and cavity or replace the lamp with a new one)
4.The material of workpiece has problems(Replace the workpiece)
5.The temperature of water is too high(Reduce the temperature)
6.Water is dirty(Replace the water)
7.The laser route is blocked partly(Check laser route to see whether the beam passes through every optical device thoroughly)
8.Electro-optical crystal has problems(Readjust it)
IV.The temperature of water can not go down
1.The coolant is leaking(Clean out the cause of leakage, add the coolant)
2.The ventilation of the cooler is not good(Improve the ventilation condition)
V.Overload
1.The moving motorized linear stages meet heavy objects or become heavily loaded suddenly, the reset switch is invalidated or lose control, making the crystal salver bump the leadscrew holder and causing the motor overloaded. The driver is overloaded.
(1. Check reset switch;2.Check motor, connecting wire and cable over again.
3.Turn off the numerical control box, restart it after the trouble is eliminated)
(B)CO2 laser engraving/cutting machine
I.Laser head no laser emitting
1.press the testing key on the panel and check the state of amperemeter.
(1)no current: check whether the laser power switch is on or not, high voltage wire loose or fall off, signal wire loose or not.
(2)Have current: check whether the lens and mirrors were broken or not, the root of excursion badly or not.
2.check whether water-circulation system working normally.
(1) no water pass: check whether water pump break or no electricity.
(2) check whether infall and outfall connect wrong or water pipe break.
3.press pre-adjustment button or TXD have no laser(check the computer setting.)
II.The depth differs or engraving is light
1.check whether the water move soomthly in water-circulation system(water pipe curve or break)
2.check whether focal length is right(Re-correct )
3.check whether the root of light is normal(Re-correct)
4.check whether spreading the paper too thick on the material, water too much or not. (Re-correct)
5.check whether beam is parallel (adjust strap at both side).
6.check whether the lens and mirrors break(replace).
7.check whether the surface of lens and mirror or laser head is dirty.(Re-clean).
8.check whether the temperature of water is higher than 30℃.(change the water)
9.check whether the laser head or lens and mirror are loose.(tighten).
10.Increase the laser current gradually,
11.laser tube is aging(change a new one).
III.Reset abnormally
1.check whether sensor have ash, connect badly or damage(clean ash of the sensor or change it)
2.check whether the data cable (connect computer with machine) connect badly or broken.(Re-insert the cable or change it).
3.check whether the wire (connect with the ground) connect badly or high voltage wire broken.(reinstall the wire or change high voltage cable).
4.motor wire connect badly
IV.Engraving is not completely
1.When send the data, the initialization is wrong (correct),.
2.operation order is reversal (re-output).
3.static disturbing(check whether the wire connect with ground is break off)
V.Edge is not close
1.Check whether edit file is correct or not (Re-edit)
2.Check whether chosen picture exceeds space of a whole page (Re-choose)
3.Check whether parameters-set is correct or not (Re-set)
4.Something wrong with computer system (Re-install software and system)
5.Check whether belts on both right and left sides is too tight or too loose or the end of belt is too loose (tighten it)
6.Check whether belt or synchronous gear wheel skid or jump gear (Tighten them)
7.Check whether beam is parallel (Re-adjust belts on both right and left sides)
VI.Output failure from computer
1.Check parameters-setting is correct or not (Re-set)
2.Machine starts from the place you define and output design
3.Check whether machine has been repositioned in advance (Correct it)
4.Check whether output port correspond with software-set port (Re-set)
5.Check whether grounding wire is safe or not and static interference data wire (Re-connect it)
6.Replace computer port and process output test
7.Re-install software and re-set and test.
8.Reinstall computer operating system and re-install software and test;
Mainboard port has broken down and it needs to be repaired or replaced;
