1. What's the principle of laser subsurface engraving machine?

This technology comes from military pointing exploding technology. It focus high quality laser beam on the transparent material. The laser is absorbed strictly on focus place and form slim exploding points. We can operate 3d controlling system to move the focus in order to engrave the images as per we want.

This machine can engrave transparent materials such as crystals,glasses, synthetic cut stone, acrylic etc. 2D,3D images, words, texts, logos and other manual 3d drawing can be engraved into these materials,as well as trademark and guard against false mark

It's easy for the operator who can handle the computer well. We will provide detailed operation manual in English version.Normally we will provide 3-5 days' training for free. 2-3 days for our softwares and 1-2 days for maintenance of the machine.It's easy to learn it since you study the knowledge meanwhile you can practice it on the machine. It's also easy for maintenance of the machine. Frankly speaking, no maintenance is for diode pumped laser machine.

It's easy to operate which is same as the machine. 3D camera is controlled by the software. Detailed manual and demo video will be supplied. It have automatic and manual functions. Normally automatic function is ok. If there is some flaw on your picture, you can use manual function to make it perfect. It's easy and convenient to transform each function. We will provide 1-2 days' training for free. No maintenance for 3D camera also.

One difference is the origin of laser. Xenon lamp pumped machine adopts flash lamp to pump the laser light which needs the water-cooling system. The lamp and water have to be replaced  every 2-3 months. Power consumption is big and frequency is low,so the cost is low accordingly.
Diode pumped machine adopts LBD to get the laser light with low power consumption, low radiation. It uses air-cooling system. Long lifetime of LBD can guarantee long working time. No maintenance for 2-3 years. This machine owns high frequency and working efficiency.
The other difference is the difference of engraving speed and engraving area. High frequency can guarantee the high engraving speed. Larger engraving area can engrave the crystal with large dimension. Meanwhile you can put more pieces crystals in one time if engraving area is large.

The engraving time is decided by the dots of images. For example, we engrave 3d portrait into 50 *50*80mm crystal. Normally 3d portrait has 200000-300000 dots.(Dots are decided by the size of portrait and the color of clothing. Larger portrait and light color clothing will have more dots. More dots, higher resolution, higher quality and more brightness of engraving.
The engraving time of one 3d portrait in 50*50*80mm is 10 minutes,6 minutes, 3 minutes and 1.5 minutes by our machine 705,801,802 and 803.

Our company have the professional engineer who can supply the technical support. The warranty of our machine is one year.Except for the damaged parts caused artificially and the consumables, we will send the new fittings free of charge to the buyers for changing the damaged parts due to the normal operation during the period of warranty, You only pay for the cost of new fitting outside warranty. All the relevant softwares shall be updated forevermore free of charge. During the period of warranty,If the local technical support is required, the buyers shall assist our engineer to obtain the visa, and prepay all the expense related to the service including but not limited the traffic in China, the relevant charge for visa, air ticket, overseas traffic, lodging, accommodation and hotel, food etc. The training and service is for free. For normal operation skills and other basic problems,we can supply these technical support through emails and on-line chat easily.
