LASER SUBSURFACE ENGRAVING MACHINE
Laser Sub-Surface Engraving System uses a computer guided laser to precisely etch 3D images within optically perfect laser crystal. Initial efforts produced 3D images etched inside a solid piece of optically perfect laser crystal. Refinements have added 2D images (pictures of people or things), text, 3D heads & busts and other 3D objects (Religious characters/emblem,buildings, autos, planes, sign stars,animals,plants etc.)
Additional advancements created our latest offerings, 2 1/2D sub-surface laser engraving. 2 1/2D is a unique merger of 3D and 2D laser etching which produces the highest quality laser engraved image with unmatched quality and clarity.

Our 3D scanners can capture one or more person's head and shoulders and then the images are etched inside solid optically perfect crystal.
The traditional portrait photograph also can be converted into a 3d head image with some specialised software,Optic crystal is known as the most perfect crystal and is the whitest crystal. Optic crystal must not have any imperfections that could cause a low quality image. Syntony Laser only offers the highest quality optic crystal and therefore the resulting images are of the highest quality.

The simple 2D laser crystal etching answer: We take a digital picture or scan of a traditional photo and have these images etched into optically perfect laser crystal without damaging the surface. We only offer the finest quality crystal which is sometimes referred to as K-9 grade A.

The simple 3D laser crystal etching answer: Using a 3D Scanner, we take a 3D image facial scan of the subject. The resulting 3D facial scan (head or bust) is etched using the same laser crystal etching system. We also have 800+ 3D images in our Image Library which can be combined with 2D images and 3D heads and text. The simple 3D etching answer for logos, text and custom 3D images. We can take any 2D image format (jpg, adobe Illustrator, eps, Corel Draw) for logos and text and have them turned into a 3D laser crystal images.We can also turn any text font into 3D. Our 3D artists have created thousands of 3D images from photos.
